About the role

  • Identify potential game publishers and brand partners for influencer marketing, media and gaming event activations.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through market research and networking.
  • Establish and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers at potential partner organizations.
  • Drive the sales process from prospecting to deal closure, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Negotiate and structure partnership agreements with mutually beneficial terms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals aligned with client objectives.
  • Monitor and optimize ongoing partnerships to maximize value for both parties.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to clients on campaign performance.
  • Identify new sellable talents and products in collaboration with the Influencer team.
  • Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure smooth contract execution and invoicing.
  • Collaborate with team members and client solutions to maintain efficient margin profiles.
  • Support management in immediate forecasting and annual goal-setting.
  • Mentor team members to enhance sales negotiation skills and outreach effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales within the gaming, esports, or marketing industry.
  • Experience in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Strong existing relationships with relevant companies and potential customers.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong logical reasoning.
  • Organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Passion for esports and gaming.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
  • Experience in mentoring and coaching team members.
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
