Senior Key Account Manager shaping Fugro's partnership with renewable energy developers. Leading account teams across offshore wind and emerging technologies within the energy generation market.
Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate all key client account activities across the regional energy‑generation market
Build long‑term relationships with senior stakeholders in offshore wind, pumped hydro storage, tidal energy, and emerging renewable sectors
Maintain a deep understanding of client priorities, market dynamics, and sector developments
Drive a structured “zipper” engagement model to connect Fugro and client counterparts
Develop clear, actionable account plans aligned with corporate strategy and regional business objectives
Facilitate intelligence sharing across the organisation
Collaborate with the Offshore Wind Strategy Manager and regional commercial leadership
Gather and share client feedback, support issue resolution, and contribute to proposal strategies
Maintain CRM accuracy by ensuring key contacts, opportunities, and project information are consistently updated
Represent Fugro at industry events
Work with solution owners to drive innovation uptake
Maintain strong relationships with project managers throughout project delivery
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, marketing, or related discipline
Experience in commercial roles such as Key Account Management or Business Development
Deep, demonstrable knowledge of energy‑sector clients, especially within offshore wind and other renewable‑generation markets
Management experience in roles such as Commercial Manager, Business Development Manager, or Key Account Manager, ideally within the renewable‑energy industry
Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, influence decision‑making, and drive sustainable commercial results in complex energy‑sector environments
Strong capability in strategic thinking, client engagement, and operational excellence
Proficiency in English
