About the role

  • Junior Account Manager managing hospitality clients in the Norwegian market. Provide customer service via phone, email, and meetings while coordinating with internal teams for onboarding and service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support a portfolio of hospitality clients in the Norwegian market
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction
  • Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and virtual meetings
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to grow client accounts and improve performance
  • Report performance results and provide feedback to stakeholders
  • Ensure accurate data entry and documentation in CRM tools

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Norwegian (C1+)
  • Fluent English (B2+)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer-service and relationship-building mindset
  • Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or account support is a plus (not mandatory)
