About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.
  • Understand clients’ business goals and challenges, translating them into actionable project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams, project managers, and technical leads to ensure successful delivery of software solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, renewal, and cross-selling of services.
  • Prepare and deliver account reviews, performance updates, and commercial reports.
  • Oversee the commercial aspects of accounts, including budgets, forecasts, and contract renewals.
  • Act as an escalation point for client concerns, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal account management processes and best practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in Account Management, ideally within a software development or digital consultancy environment
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and technology-led project delivery
  • Proven track record of managing multiple complex accounts simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Commercial awareness with experience in handling budgets, forecasting, and contract discussions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment, while maintaining strong collaboration with distributed teams
  • Confident using various project management tools
  • A proactive, customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering value and excellence.
