Responsibilities
Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.
Understand clients’ business goals and challenges, translating them into actionable project outcomes.
Collaborate with delivery teams, project managers, and technical leads to ensure successful delivery of software solutions.
Identify opportunities for account growth, renewal, and cross-selling of services.
Prepare and deliver account reviews, performance updates, and commercial reports.
Oversee the commercial aspects of accounts, including budgets, forecasts, and contract renewals.
Act as an escalation point for client concerns, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal account management processes and best practices.
Requirements
5+ years’ experience in Account Management, ideally within a software development or digital consultancy environment
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and technology-led project delivery
Proven track record of managing multiple complex accounts simultaneously
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Commercial awareness with experience in handling budgets, forecasting, and contract discussions
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment, while maintaining strong collaboration with distributed teams
Confident using various project management tools
