About the role

  • Lead operational and strategic account management for a portfolio of priority clients, establishing a high-impact account operating rhythm
  • Shape and oversee account planning alongside Lead Client Partners, executing strategies to maintain and grow relationships
  • Drive performance transparency by monitoring/reporting key account metrics (pipeline, margin, forecasts, client feedback, contractual considerations) using CRM tools (Salesforce, iPower, PowerBI)
  • Collaborate across lines of service and industries to drive pipeline growth by identifying opportunities and facilitating pursuit strategy and coaching sessions
  • Identify delivery efficiencies and support commercial excellence through analysis of account performance and pricing models
  • Maintain high-quality account data and reporting to support real-time decision making
  • Track progress and ensure accountability for key account actions across teams
  • Collaborate with Clients and Markets teams to activate campaigns, events and thought leadership to strengthen client relationships
  • Engage with senior leaders to influence outcomes and drive change in complex, matrixed environments

Requirements

  • 6+ yrs experience in Account Management, business development or client-facing roles (ideally in a professional services environment)
  • Knowledge, understanding and experience in the Financial Services industry (highly regarded)
  • Strong commercial and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Proven ability to lead senior stakeholder relationships, influence outcomes and drive change in complex, matrixed environments
  • Advanced project management, coordination and communication skills
  • Experience leading across multiple teams and workstreams
  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce) and other reporting tools (iPower, PowerBI)
  • Collaborative leadership style with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines concurrently
