Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing new business as a relentless "hunter"
Identify, prioritize, outreach to, and close new SMB customers
Work side-by-side with Braze customers as a trusted advisor to help them grow and scale their business
Collaborate directly with Marketing, Product, and Technical executives and their teams to drive customer outcomes
Manage multiple moving parts and stakeholders to accelerate sales cycles and mobilize distributed organizations
Requirements
At least 2 years of field sales experience selling SaaS solutions that involve technically integrated products
Ability to generate and manage own pipeline; strategic and creative outreach and persistent follow-up
Consultative, human selling style; strong storytelling and attentive listening
Strong discovery skills and ability to identify business pain, outcomes, and demonstrate Braze's differentiated value
Analytical and data-driven approach; comfortable testing and iterating
Experience helping buyers navigate large SaaS investments and mobilize distributed/global organizations; ability to identify and influence stakeholders
Comfortable learning new technologies, processes, and navigating high-change environments
Bonus: experience selling to Growth/Marketing teams or background in analytics, CRM, marketing automation, data storage/agility or content marketing solutions
