About the role

  • Overall responsibility for meeting or exceeding sales expectations within assigned geographies
  • Understand and identify customer needs, aligning marketing resources
  • Engage in in-depth clinical dialogue with healthcare professionals
  • Develop superior product and disease state knowledge
  • Create local strategic and tactical plans
  • Accountable for effective application of budget and expense management
  • Collaborate with other Neuroscience Sales Specialist-II’s on common objectives

Requirements

  • Must have Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Must have 1+ years of documented success in B2B sales experience
  • Previous sales experience in pharmaceuticals, biologics, and/or medical device sales preferred
  • Antipsychotic, and/or bi-polar sales experience is a plus
  • Must have strong desire and passion for improving the lives of patients and their caregivers.
  • Must have strong sense of self-motivation, initiative, and entrepreneurial thirst
  • Must have strong verbal, presentation, and listening skills.
  • Experience establishing new customer relationships and communicating technical information to a diverse customer audience.
  • Must have ability to analyze data/metrics to assess progress against objectives.
