About the role

  • Segment Manager responsible for analyzing customer insights and creating strategies for product propositions at Lloyds Banking Group. Collaboration across teams to enhance customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse segment data including inflows and outflows
  • Review insights, create customer journeys and outcomes
  • Support creation of dynamic customer vision
  • Build, develop and deliver the current customer state and future customer vision
  • Manage relationships across multiple stakeholders to influence customer activity
