EIS Manager leading the transition of GE products and services from development to operational deployment. Ensuring a seamless EIS process to maximize customer satisfaction through effective project management.
Responsibilities
Lead transition of complex GE products and services from development to operational deployment
Drive planning, execution, and closure of Entry Into Service (EIS) projects for new products, services, and major upgrades
Collaborate extensively with engineering, manufacturing, sales, product management, and customer service teams
Serve as primary point of contact for key customers during the EIS phase
Identify and implement improvements to the EIS process, methodologies, and tools
Manage and optimize the allocation of resources to support EIS initiatives
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for EIS projects
Ensure adequate training and documentation are provided to customers and internal teams
Maintain clear and consistent communication with all internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related technical field
Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in project management, service delivery, or operations within a complex technical environment
Strong understanding of complex industrial products, systems, or software
Project Management Certification: PMP or equivalent certification preferred
Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems and make sound decisions under pressure
Strong customer-centric approach with a track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships
Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required (up to 25%)
Familiarity with General Electric’s product portfolio and internal processes (preferred)
