Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy for the Scandinavian market
Build and maintain a strong network within the Scandinavian fashion and interior brand landscape
Lead the identification, outreach and acquisition of new strategic brand partners
Prepare, lead and finalize contract negotiations with brand partners, including pricing and offer calculations
Design and execute initial joint sales campaigns and convert these collaborations into long-term, sustainable partnerships
Responsible for budget planning and control in line with the top-down targets of the assigned sales area
Operational management of sales analytics and sales support with the objective of gradually building your own team
Actively promote the company concept and its value proposition to expand strategic partnerships with premium brand providers
Continuous market and competitor monitoring to identify trends, current market developments and unique business opportunities
Requirements
A good to excellent university degree or a solid vocational qualification with a focus on sales/purchasing
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in a comparable environment
Relevant leadership experience, ideally with a background in sales
A convincing entrepreneurial personality willing to take responsibility for building a strategic market
Very strong analytical and conceptual skills
Understanding of the needs of Scandinavian brands in the European e-commerce environment
Fluent English skills, both written and spoken; knowledge of a Nordic language is an advantage
High level of self-motivation, ambition and a hands-on mentality
Excellent communication skills
