About the role

  • Foster the agile transformation and support multiple teams in applying Scrum principles and agile methods
  • Facilitate Scrum events (e.g., Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Retrospective) and workshops
  • Identify and remove impediments to team progress; escalate to management when necessary
  • Continuously analyze and optimize processes and ways of working
  • Ensure transparency and communication between teams and stakeholders
  • Initiate and support the development of an agile community to share best practices

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience as a Scrum Master in complex, interdisciplinary project environments
  • Solid knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, XP) and scaling models (e.g., SAFe, LeSS)
  • Certified Scrum Master (e.g., CSM, PSM) or willingness to obtain the corresponding certification
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
  • Excellent spoken and written German required.
