Requirements

- Solid knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, XP) and scaling models (e.g., SAFe, LeSS)
- Certified Scrum Master (e.g., CSM, PSM) or willingness to obtain the corresponding certification
- Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
- Excellent spoken and written German required.
