About the role
- Foster the agile transformation and support multiple teams in applying Scrum principles and agile methods
- Facilitate Scrum events (e.g., Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Retrospective) and workshops
- Identify and remove impediments to team progress; escalate to management when necessary
- Continuously analyze and optimize processes and ways of working
- Ensure transparency and communication between teams and stakeholders
- Initiate and support the development of an agile community to share best practices
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience as a Scrum Master in complex, interdisciplinary project environments
- Solid knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, XP) and scaling models (e.g., SAFe, LeSS)
- Certified Scrum Master (e.g., CSM, PSM) or willingness to obtain the corresponding certification
- Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
- Excellent spoken and written German required.
