About the role

  • Coach and mentor teams on the Scrum framework, Agile principles, and best practices;
  • Continuously improve Scrum processes to enhance team efficiency, productivity, and delivery quality;
  • Facilitate sprint planning and execution, including backlog grooming, sprint reviews, demos, and retrospectives;
  • Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team’s progress toward sprint and release goals;
  • Support team dynamics, fostering open communication, resolving conflicts, and promoting a collaborative culture;
  • Partner with the Product Owner to prioritize user stories, manage workload, and drive empirical product planning;
  • Adapt deliverables and expectations in response to evolving scope and release plans;
  • Ensure transparency by helping the team understand development activities, ceremonies, and product goals;
  • Report delivery status to program leadership and key stakeholders;
  • Act as a liaison between teams, stakeholders, and other Scrum Masters to align efforts with organizational objectives;
  • Εnsure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements

  • A very good educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering;
  • 2+ years of experience as Scrum Master, Agile Lead or Product Owner;
  • Scrum Master Certification will be considered as a plus;
  • Self-confident, strong problem solving, proactive mindset;
  • Great communicative and collaborative skills;
  • Ability to work with and communicate to a variety of audiences, executive-level/peer-to-peer/ subordinate/ technical and non-technical etc;
  • Firm command of the English language and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to lead by example and inspire teams toward continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
