About the role
- SAP S/4HANA BRIM Functional Consultant joining consulting team for designing and implementing complex applications and ensuring client needs are met.
Responsibilities
- Study and understand our client’s current Billing and Revenue structure and functionality which is largely done in a proprietary system
- Study and understand our client’s desired Billing and Revenue functionality for the new solution
- Act as our client’s BRIM subject matter expert and represent our client in meetings and workshops and works with the SI team to ensure our client’s needs are met
- Act as a subject matter expert to raise concerns and possible issues to our client’s leadership with enough details for our client’s leadership to decide on how to proceed
- Reviews SI’s documentation on behalf of our client and advises to our client’s IT Program Manager on acceptance of the documentation
- Assists with conducting lessons learned sessions during and after projects to identify recommendations for improvement
Requirements
- More than 7 years of expertise in SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) implementations
- More than 5 years of experience in SAP FI-CA & Convergent Charging, Convergent Invoicing
- More than 3 successful SAP BRIM implementation experience in an SAP S/4 HANA landscape
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office 365 suite of business software including Work, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint, plus proficient in Microsoft Project.
- Certifications / Education in all cases Bachelor’s degree in business management or information systems. Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be accepted
- Additional beneficial skills include ServiceNow Experience in PPM and ITSM modules.
- Experience with Enterprise Business Solutions, specifically SAP projects.
- Knowledge of ITIL / ITSM practices and methodologies.
