Assist in global SAP S/4HANA transformation program at Novonesis. Role involves meeting coordination, travel admin, and data migration support over a minimum of 3 months.
About the role
- Work as part of a department mixing IT Specialists and Business Relationship Managers supporting Airbus Finance Transformation and Airbus Digital Strategy
- Collaborate with multifunctional teams (Finance, IT, Logistics, Export Control) to manage Customs operations by developing products/services and operating them to meet operational SLA’s
- Support technical and functional roll-out of new tools to support the Business Customs teams
- Liaise with different stakeholders through an internal network of existing Customs Experts
- Act as the Application owner of the customs solutions in charge of design, concept and maintenance
- Work closely with IT experts and developers for customs and foreign trade solutions
- Contribute to evolving strategy and designing processes and solutions as part of the Transformation Team
- Enable new ways of working and collaboration with the business and design customs concepts and processes
- Support Customs classification of Airbus engineering systems and tools
- Implement and integrate technologies like SAP GTS and third-party solutions to complement SAP backbones
Requirements
- A recognized Bachelor or Master degree related to IT, Data Science, Engineering, Business management
- At least 3-5 years experience
- Experience as an internal or external IT consultant in SAP projects with a focus on SAP (SD/MM,GTS)
- Experience with customs and foreign trade issues
- IT project lifecycle experience: gathering requirements, design and evaluate technical solutions
- Experience building technical ABAP solutions including test and deployment responsibilities
- Experience in Customs classification is a plus
- Experience of analysis and evaluation of national and inter-company cross-border business relationships
- Proven ability to cooperate with people across geographies and virtual teams
- Awareness and sensitivity to other cultures; international and multicultural working and living experience is ideal
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills
- Creativity, innovation, sense of anticipation, and critical thinking
- Self-learner, open to feedback and improvement
- Good English mandatory; French/Spanish/German are a plus
