About the role
- Assist in global SAP S/4HANA transformation program at Novonesis. Role involves meeting coordination, travel admin, and data migration support over a minimum of 3 months.
Responsibilities
- Organize and support internal and external meetings, workshops, and events
- Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items
- Assist with travel planning and logistics for team members and stakeholders
- Collaborate with the data migration team to track and follow up on migration tasks
- Help manage data-related issues and ensure alignment with project timelines
- Provide administrative and operational assistance to the S/4 Program team
Requirements
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proactive mindset with attention to detail
- Willingness to travel and work across multiple locations (US and EU)
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel internationally
- Proficiency in Office 365 , especially Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Up to 30% travel
