About the role

Responsibilities

- Ensuring cost‑effective project delivery (especially around year‑end)
- Providing 2nd level support to clients during ongoing operations
Requirements
- University degree in (business) informatics / computer science, business administration, or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of consulting and/or project experience in the design and implementation of SAP HCM solutions, with a focus on payroll and time management
- Quick comprehension, strong teamwork skills, reliability, and flexibility
- Independent working style and commitment, confident appearance, and strong communication skills
- Fluent German language skills
