Responsibilities
- Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and Billing to support business processes.
- Implement Auto Finance solutions covering loan origination, servicing, collections, and customer experience.
- Apply DevOps practices for CI/CD, version control, automated testing, and release management.
- Build API and data integrations with ERP, Core Banking, Payment, and Financial Systems.
- Define and drive Auto Finance domain architecture on Salesforce and integrated ecosystems.
- Guide teams on CPQ & Billing best practices including pricing, quoting, invoicing, and revenue processes.
- Establish DevOps pipelines ensuring smooth deployments, rollback strategies, and compliance.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and performance optimization for mission-critical systems.
- Partner with business stakeholders and product owners to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Ensure adherence to security, compliance (e.g., SOX, PCI DSS), and data governance standards.
- Mentor developers, lead design reviews, and promote coding excellence.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and Billing.
- Knowledge of Auto Finance processes (loan origination, servicing, payments, collections, etc.).
- Experience with DevOps tools (Git, Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar).
- Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft preferred).
- For Developers: Salesforce development and deployment experience.
- For Leads: Project leadership, sprint planning, solution design.
- For Architects: Enterprise Salesforce architecture, multi-cloud strategy, integrations, and compliance frameworks.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Salesforce Certifications preferred:
- o Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, CPQ Specialist, Billing Specialist
- o Salesforce Application/Technical Architect (for Architect roles)
- o DevOps certifications (Copado, AWS/Azure DevOps, etc.)
