Collaborate with clients to translate their business goals into technical requirements
Provide client support by answering questions, researching solutions, and fostering open communication with the project team
Contribute to project delivery, including progress tracking, change control, and the overall governance process
Conduct in-depth technical business process analysis to help AVIO design reliable solutions
Develop and execute system testing and User Acceptance Tests
Gather requirements and write user stories from the business perspective
Write and edit program and system documentation, user manuals, and training materials
Requirements
3+ years of experience in a project management or business analyst role within the Salesforce ecosystem
Business acumen and ability to understand business processes in multiple industries
Significant experience in an Agile environment and solid understanding of Salesforce best practices
Knowledge of Salesforce functionalities and understanding of when custom code is needed or when configuration is more appropriate
Familiarity with iterative development methodology tools and techniques
Experience with Atlassian tools for knowledge base and project management (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
Fluent English proficiency, highly skilled in business communications and presentations
Salesforce Admin or other Salesforce Associate certifications preferred but not required
