Responsibilities
Analyze and optimize working methods and business processes at the client
Design and implement Service Cloud and Field Service solutions
Advise clients on functional and technological questions related to Salesforce and adjacent topics such as mobile applications and web portals
Maintain close communication with other project team members and stakeholders
Present project results and take responsibility for the technical implementation of configuration tasks
Continuously develop your skills through Salesforce and other platform certifications and ensure your knowledge stays up to date
Requirements
A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field
Practical experience in building and operating Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service solutions
IT affinity and comprehensive knowledge of Software-as-a-Service, databases, and CRM
Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and team spirit
Relevant certifications are a plus
Strong communication skills in German and English
