Responsibilities
Analyze, evaluate and manage national and EU-wide tenders and proposal processes (RFI, RFP, RFQ)
Coordinate and prepare proposal documents in a structured manner in collaboration with internal departments and process customer orders
Submit proposals on time, including follow-up
Prepare persuasive, accurate and complete proposal documentation, including cost calculations, in close coordination with subject-matter teams
Maintain and enhance our proposal documentation such as templates and content
Support the sales team with administrative and organizational tasks and contribute to the continuous optimization of our processes and presentations
Assist in building and further developing an efficient sales back office, including maintaining customer data in the CRM system, preparing sales materials, supporting campaigns, and communicating with customers and internal stakeholders
Requirements
University degree or comparable qualification — ideally in Business, Healthcare, or Communications
Experience in tender or proposal management desirable, preferably in a regulated or medical environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and a proactive, self-driven approach
Proficient in MS Office (especially Word and PowerPoint); experience with Pipedrive is a plus
