About the role

  • Learn how to research and understand market pricing and demand for aviation parts.
  • Help identify and qualify sources of USM (Used Serviceable Material) to meet customer needs.
  • Support the sales team by preparing quotes and learning how to follow up with customers and vendors.
  • Assist with placing purchase orders to vendors and tracking deliveries for customer orders.
  • Keep records of quotes, orders, and communications organized and up to date.
  • Work closely with experienced team members to gain knowledge of industry standards, best practices, and internal systems.

Requirements

  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, technical industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • A team player with a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Prior experience in sales support, purchasing, or customer service is a plus, but not required.
