About the role

  • Prospect and book decision-maker meetings with real estate brokerages/teams
  • Run the first meeting, secure pilot/signature, and drive first 10 agent orders in 60 days
  • Hand off to account manager after first appointment
  • Use provided scripts, CRM, training, and marketing assets to close pilots
  • Perform outbound outreach (calls, DMs), daily dials, and tight follow-up cadence
  • Meet milestone-driven goals to earn qualified meeting, signed pilot, activation, override, and SPIFF payouts

Requirements

  • You’ve booked/closed via cold outbound, ISA, door-to-door, or B2B SDR
  • Comfortable with daily dials/DMs and a tight follow-up cadence
  • Part-time availability (evenings/weekends okay)
  • US-based and able to work as a 1099 contractor
  • Ability to produce a 60-second Loom demonstrating how you’d open a brokerage call
  • Mid-level sales experience
