Responsibilities
Approach potential sales partners such as lotto shops, kiosks, or petrol stations directly and win them as new partners
Onboard and activate our customer base so they can successfully launch with our products
Build long-term, trust-based relationships and manage your partner network independently
Keep your sales territory active — through targeted campaigns and continuous support
Document your activities in the CRM system (Salesforce) and keep track of your results
Requirements
Proven success in B2B field sales and sales with clients from retail or convenience store sectors; experience in banking or a FinTech is a plus
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Winner mentality: you are ready to learn quickly, drive things forward, and go the extra mile for yourself and your team
Proactive, service-oriented approach with a focus on customer satisfaction and added value
Flexibility, willingness to travel, and a valid Class B driving license
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German; English and any additional languages are an advantage
