About the role

  • Approach potential sales partners such as lotto shops, kiosks, or petrol stations directly and win them as new partners
  • Onboard and activate our customer base so they can successfully launch with our products
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships and manage your partner network independently
  • Keep your sales territory active — through targeted campaigns and continuous support
  • Document your activities in the CRM system (Salesforce) and keep track of your results

Requirements

  • Proven success in B2B field sales and sales with clients from retail or convenience store sectors; experience in banking or a FinTech is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Winner mentality: you are ready to learn quickly, drive things forward, and go the extra mile for yourself and your team
  • Proactive, service-oriented approach with a focus on customer satisfaction and added value
  • Flexibility, willingness to travel, and a valid Class B driving license
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German; English and any additional languages are an advantage
