Grow revenue from existing accounts and drive strong pipeline of new business to achieve revenue targets
Own commercial reporting & navigate strategic requirements particular to your client group
Own all business within your agency patch, managing all levels of seniority across the patch
Create and execute advertiser and agency strategic development plans for your patch to drive long term growth from your clients
Forecast revenue accurately for both short term (month / quarter) and long term (year) for your clients
Accuracy in maintaining Salesforce and other required business trackers to regularly to give the business an accurate view of expected revenue from your account list
Respond to agency briefs with strategic, innovative and tailored solutions to drive Captifty integration
Provide regular market feedback into the business on what our key brands and clients are looking for and proactively provide solutions on how we can support clients
Remain up to date on industry trends and opportunities to ensure wider market understanding and how Captify complements other solutions in market
Work collaboratively with client service, creative, research and trading to grow accounts through best in class customer service
Requirements
5+ years sales experience within ad tech / programmatic landscape
Connections with Melbourne agency partners highly desirable
Experience working with cross-functional teams and building relationships across internal teams
Highly motivated individual with track record of outperforming revenue targets
Strong experience in digital advertising, enterprise solutions, online media buying and selling processes, and advertising technologies.
Exceptional organisational and communication skills
Confident in forecasting & budgeting
Ability to work well under pressure whilst steering multiple workstreams
An entrepreneurial attitude, self starter, and strong will to succeed
