About the role

  • Sales Specialist for Workflow and IT solutions at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics. Analyzing customer issues and collaborating with various teams to enhance solutions in the diagnostics sector.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer issues deeply and provide tailored solutions to key accounts
  • Work with area account sales to sell WITS (Workflow and IT Solution), Clinical Chemistry and Immunoassay-related products
  • Collaborate with marketing, product sales specialists, scientific affairs teams and 3rd party vendors to maintain and strengthen contact with key accounts
  • Liaise with other customer support departments

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or more
  • Skill to utilize PC (Excel and Power Point)
  • 3+ years of sales experience or 3+ years of experience in clinical laboratory
  • Experience working for a diagnostics company or hospitals
  • License for Clinical Laboratory Technologist
  • Driver’s license
  • Skill to draw/create layout (CAD, Visio, 3D)
  • Selling skills such as SPIN, Challenger Sales and Consultative Selling
  • Ability to communicate in English
