About the role

  • Sales Coordinator at e.l.f. Beauty supporting daily administration across major national accounts. Collaborating with Account Managers to elevate customer experiences and reduce operational friction.

Responsibilities

  • Support sales leads with operations and administrative support.
  • Coordinate retailer meetings and line reviews end-to-end, including venue/room booking, tech setup, catering, and brand-right room décor. Work in collaboration with the Account Managers and Account Specialists.
  • Manage Monthly Sales Team agenda, notes and follow-ups.
  • Prepare meeting materials (agendas, sell-in decks, samples, etc) and capture action items, owners, and timelines to drive follow-through.
  • Support teams with upcoming launches; complete Item and Product Setup Forms across retailer portals with precision and on-time delivery.
  • Plan and execute ordering of GWPs and samples across channels, aggregating needs, timelines and executional logistics.
  • Establish and maintain a structured documentation system for POG variations, space changes and competitive views across channels.
  • Establish and maintain competitive activity across top accounts (innovation, pricing, space, etc).
  • Own retailer and vendor contract administration—from intake and review through execution, amendments, and archival—ensuring compliance with terms and timelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
  • Independent, strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships and operate effectively within team environments.
  • Minimal travel required.
  • Move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Remain in a stationary position for approximately 50% of the time.
  • Operate a computer and standard office equipment regularly.
  • Communicate clearly and exchange accurate information with others.
