Responsibilities
Support sales leads with operations and administrative support.
Coordinate retailer meetings and line reviews end-to-end, including venue/room booking, tech setup, catering, and brand-right room décor. Work in collaboration with the Account Managers and Account Specialists.
Manage Monthly Sales Team agenda, notes and follow-ups.
Prepare meeting materials (agendas, sell-in decks, samples, etc) and capture action items, owners, and timelines to drive follow-through.
Support teams with upcoming launches; complete Item and Product Setup Forms across retailer portals with precision and on-time delivery.
Plan and execute ordering of GWPs and samples across channels, aggregating needs, timelines and executional logistics.
Establish and maintain a structured documentation system for POG variations, space changes and competitive views across channels.
Establish and maintain competitive activity across top accounts (innovation, pricing, space, etc).
Own retailer and vendor contract administration—from intake and review through execution, amendments, and archival—ensuring compliance with terms and timelines.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
Independent, strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships and operate effectively within team environments.
Minimal travel required.
Move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
Remain in a stationary position for approximately 50% of the time.
