Requirements

  • 8+ years of successful sales experience
  • 5+ years in sales management within public safety or government agencies
  • Knowledge of Two-Way Radio, Land Mobile Radio, or critical communications
  • Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing sales teams, drive revenue growth, and exceed targets
  • Strong ability to develop, coach, and motivate sales professionals
  • Ability to travel at least 30% of the time across the Midwest.
