About the role

  • Full integration into day-to-day agency operations and collaboration with major German influencers
  • Support and management of our influencers
  • Building long-term partnerships with influencers and clients
  • Contributing ideas to the planning of our campaigns
  • Assisting clients in selecting suitable influencers
  • Analyzing campaign results and optimizing future strategies
  • Negotiating contract terms with influencers and clients

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in influencer marketing
  • Strong knowledge of common social media platforms
  • Good sense for trends and developments in the marketing industry
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with influencers and brands
  • Team player with a solution-oriented, customer-focused working style
