Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and revenue goals
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to ensure high performance and achievement of sales objectives
  • Provide ongoing training and development to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of sales experience
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience defining and tracking sales metrics
  • B2B Sales
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Sales experience in the commercial audio-visual, technology, or construction-related industries
  • In-depth knowledge of the commercial audio-visual industry, including market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies
