Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and revenue goals
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to ensure high performance and achievement of sales objectives
Provide ongoing training and development to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction at all times
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and strategic alliances
Develop and execute strategies to expand the company’s market presence and customer base
Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management
Utilize data and insights to adjust sales strategies and improve overall sales performance
Help oversee the sales budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve sales targets

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of 5-7 years of sales experience
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Experience defining and tracking sales metrics
B2B Sales
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
Sales experience in the commercial audio-visual, technology, or construction-related industries
In-depth knowledge of the commercial audio-visual industry, including market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies
