About the role

  • New customer acquisition in the DACH region
  • You manage the entire sales process: from first contact to closing
  • You target the right companies and decision-makers in the DACH region
  • You decide when an on-site meeting is appropriate – but you will work predominantly virtually
  • You analyze requirements, present relevant modules in a targeted way and confidently steer the decision-making process
  • AI is a natural part of your daily work
  • You conduct conversations with business units, IT and management – professional and goal-oriented
  • You present yourself confidently and represent our product with clarity rather than flashy persuasion or a barrage of features
  • You ensure transparency and speed in the sales funnel
  • You further develop sales processes – from pipeline logic to lead qualification – and independently implement improvements
  • You think not only operationally but also strategically – with focus on processes, KPIs and ongoing development
  • You work closely with Marketing, Customer Success and Product Management to pass market feedback onward

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in B2B software sales, ideally in a SaaS environment
  • Professional, structured demeanor and a good sense for effective communication with decision-makers
  • Proven success in sales – e.g., closed deals, acquired customers or taken responsibility in sales projects
  • You work independently, think analytically and actively contribute to the improvement of processes
  • Very good German skills (at least C1)
  • Enthusiasm for digital products that are not only "stylish" but operationally relevant
