About the role

  • Sales Manager B2B responsible for acquiring and managing clients in telecommunications and energy sectors. Focusing on customized solutions and maintaining customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • New client acquisition in the B2B environment: identifying and approaching potential corporate customers in the telecommunications and energy sectors.
  • Needs analysis & consulting: analyzing business processes and developing tailored solutions for mobile services, fixed-line, VoIP and energy.
  • Quote and contract management: preparing and negotiating customized proposals through to successful closing.
  • Account management: expanding existing business relationships and identifying cross- and upselling opportunities.
  • Market and competitive analysis: monitoring market trends and contributing to the development of new sales strategies.
  • Target achievement: consistently working to meet sales targets and reporting to Sales Management.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales, ideally in telecommunications, IT, energy or comparable industries.
  • Confident presence, strong negotiation skills and a clear focus on closing deals.
  • Ability to explain complex topics clearly and advise customers on an equal footing.
  • High self-motivation, proactivity and a structured way of working.
  • Valid driving license (Class B).
