Responsibilities
Lead customer & business partners development to ensure targets in AB and account plans are met
Ensure preparation of AB (in the BRM), FFs and provide input to Demand Plan (Supply Chain)
Provide inputs to the MTP (3-year growth plan) roadmap & implementation plan
Drive Salesforce pipeline execution and enlargement and develop new sales opportunities
Manage the price negotiation process to ensure that the pricing policy is followed consistently
Ensure adherence to agreed performance management measures within own area of responsibility
Drive Key account/channel and ensure sales delivery
Pricing effectiveness and channel balance
Partnership of collaborations and customer relationship management
Requirements
MSc degree or above
8+ years’ functional/technical experience in the AHN industry
Preferably experience from a multinational company
Proactive and execution personality with a can-do attitude
Proven record of working in matrix environment and cross-country collaboration
Good customer and channel resources in Southern China (GuangDong Province) in AHN industry
