About the role

  • Sales Manager driving biosolutions development in China, leading customer partnerships and pipeline execution. Ensuring adherence to performance management and pricing policies in Southern China.

Responsibilities

  • Lead customer & business partners development to ensure targets in AB and account plans are met
  • Ensure preparation of AB (in the BRM), FFs and provide input to Demand Plan (Supply Chain)
  • Provide inputs to the MTP (3-year growth plan) roadmap & implementation plan
  • Drive Salesforce pipeline execution and enlargement and develop new sales opportunities
  • Manage the price negotiation process to ensure that the pricing policy is followed consistently
  • Ensure adherence to agreed performance management measures within own area of responsibility
  • Drive Key account/channel and ensure sales delivery
  • Pricing effectiveness and channel balance
  • Partnership of collaborations and customer relationship management

Requirements

  • MSc degree or above
  • 8+ years’ functional/technical experience in the AHN industry
  • Preferably experience from a multinational company
  • Proactive and execution personality with a can-do attitude
  • Proven record of working in matrix environment and cross-country collaboration
  • Good customer and channel resources in Southern China (GuangDong Province) in AHN industry
