About the role

  • Intern supporting the implementation of sales strategies and customer engagement initiatives at a health startup in Hamburg. Collaborating closely with leadership and actively contributing to market positioning.

Responsibilities

  • You will support the implementation of our sales and go-to-market strategy across various markets.
  • You will help build and maintain sales enablement materials (e.g., presentations, one-pagers, case studies, CRM data).
  • You will support campaigns and activities along the customer journey, from lead generation to closing.
  • You will assist in qualifying leads, prepare customer contacts and support appointment preparation.
  • You will develop ideas for customer acquisition and retention, plan initiatives with us and take responsibility for smaller projects independently.
  • You will help define relevant KPIs, analyze sales activities and identify optimization opportunities.
  • You will monitor market and competitor developments and contribute your insights to our strategic planning.
  • Support in maintaining the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Creation of sales reports and performance dashboards.
  • Preparation of product demos or customer presentations.

Requirements

  • Currently studying Business Administration, (International) Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Marketing & Sales, Business Development, Entrepreneurship, Digital Business / Analytics, Digital Health, Health Economics or a comparable degree program.
  • Ideally, initial practical experience in sales, marketing or business development, e.g., through internships or working-student roles.
  • Basic knowledge of sales enablement, lead management or CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) is an advantage.
  • Confident use of Google products (especially Google Slides and Google Sheets); experience with digital tools is a plus.
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
