About the role

  • Provide creative ideas to help achieve Sales Department goals and support sales strategy implementation.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop, expand and maintain inbound and outbound sales motions.
  • Assist in sales lead database efficiencies.
  • Research and evaluate competitors in our space.
  • Evaluate KPI’s to help determine future sales strategies.
  • Listen and compile notes on recorded sales calls.
  • Assist with daily administrative duties.
  • Work up to 20-25 hours per week in a fast-paced environment; hybrid attendance in office Tue-Thu.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program for business, marketing, or similar field.
  • Desire to learn about sales techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have a passion helping customers achieve their goals.
  • Outstanding multitasking abilities.
  • Great organization and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work up to 20-25 hours/week.
  • Able to work in office Tuesday through Thursday each week (hybrid schedule preferred).
  • Bonus: Experience with Hubspot, Salesforce, and/or Call Intelligence platforms.
  • Bonus: Excel experience.
  • Bonus: Worked in sales in any capacity.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of supply chain technology.
