About the role

  • Sales position at b-next, a RegTech solutions provider, coordinating and executing sales activities in the DACH region. Aiming for market expansion and managing compliance department relations with major financial institutions.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic coordination: planning and execution of sales activities in the DACH region
  • Market expansion: increasing our market share and visibility
  • Target group management: focus on compliance departments of major banks, insurance companies and regulatory authorities
  • Direct reporting: reporting line to our Global Growth Manager
  • Teamwork: close collaboration with the inside sales team and pre-sales colleagues

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience, ideally in financial services and IT
  • Degree in business administration, economics or a related field
  • Strong drive and a structured, methodical approach
  • Collegial attitude and enjoyment of teamwork
  • Experience engaging with C-level decision makers
  • Broad, well-founded knowledge
  • Willingness to travel and an open, international mindset
  • Ambition and absolute reliability
  • Very good command of English (written and spoken)
