About the role

  • Actively prospect large corporate companies within the Corporate segment.
  • Participate in corporate events, trade shows and HR meetings to generate opportunities.
  • Ensure that sales-funnel stages are accurately reflected in systems, adhering to commercial and compliance policies.
  • Participate in competitive bidding processes, understanding companies' real needs and proposing solutions that make sense for employees, HR and the organization as a whole.
  • Develop business partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Build relationships with decision-makers and their key contacts.
  • Present comprehensive, customized benefits solutions aligned with market trends.
  • Independently develop and execute targeted sales plans, delivering a flawless sales process from prospecting to closing and setting a high standard of excellence.

Requirements

  • Completed higher education (Bachelor's degree or equivalent);
  • Knowledge: Microsoft Office and Salesforce;
  • Solid experience in consultative selling and prospecting large accounts.
  • Experience with competitive bidding processes.
  • Ability to build relationships across different departments and organizational levels.
  • Entrepreneurial and senior profile, with autonomy to develop outreach/approach strategies.
  • English fluency (preferred).
