About the role

  • Assisting the team to hit Taiwan sales targets per grow plan
  • Help develop business strategies, aim at being subject matter experts and help implement the strategy.
  • Help develop and grow route to market partners in different industries and build strong relationships together with the team.
  • Help grow partners business through development and implementation of business plan.
  • Mining new opportunities and help develop pipeline and win strategy.
  • Improving customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in sales-related positions.
  • Exposure in matrix organization, cross function, and cross culture environment is a plus
  • Must be self-discipline, work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Must be self-driven and have hunter mindset
  • Highly self-motivated
  • Microsoft Office 365(Word, Powerpoint, Excel..etc) skills
  • Junior experience in Industry sales, Motor Drive experience is a plus
  • A good understanding of Drive product knowledge and application is a plus
  • Junior College and above
  • A technical degree in Power, Electrical & Electronic or Control and Instrumentation is a plus
