Sales Development Representative qualifying B2B leads in a leading LATAM technology firm from Sao Paulo. Seeking autonomy, collaboration, and growth-minded candidates.
Responsibilities
**Lead Qualification (Inbound and Outbound):** Qualify leads generated by marketing strategies and active prospecting, identifying pains, needs, and the lead's fit with our solution;
**First Contact and Scheduling:** Act as the first point of contact for potential customers, using a consultative and personalized approach to generate interest and schedule qualified meetings for Sales Executives;
**Cadence Management:** Build and manage mixed outreach cadences (email, calls, social interactions) to maximize lead engagement;
**CRM Maintenance:** Record all interactions and relevant lead information in an organized and detailed manner in the CRM (HubSpot);
**Strategic Collaboration:** Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to align demand-generation strategies, share market insights, and optimize the qualification process;
**Metrics Analysis:** Monitor and analyze your performance indicators (conversion rates, number of meetings scheduled, etc.) to identify areas for improvement and ensure targets are met.
Requirements
**For this position we require the following experience/knowledge:**
**Proven Experience:** Previous experience in pre-sales roles (SDR, ADR and/or BDR) at technology companies with a B2B SaaS sales model;
**Exceptional Communication:** Clear, concise, and persuasive verbal and written communication skills. You must be an excellent listener and able to ask the right questions;
**Sales Methodology Knowledge:** Familiarity with sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling, GPCT, BANT, and Predictable Revenue;
**Organization and Discipline:** Ability to manage a high volume of activities, prioritize tasks and maintain discipline in executing processes;
**Tools:** Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRMs and prospecting platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cortex, etc.);
**Location:** Reside in the city of São Paulo or Greater São Paulo, with availability to work in a hybrid model.
