- Prospect, qualify, and nurture prospects
- Make daily outbound calls
- Schedule meetings between e-commerce clients and our account executives
- Update and maintain the CRM
- Understand prospects' needs
- Maintain relationships with prospects
- Engage with e-commerce clients via phone, email, and other channels
- Communicate the value and benefits of our solution
Requirements
- English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) required
- Excellent interpersonal communication, both phone and written
- Strong time and schedule management
- Organized and able to prioritize to handle a high volume of activities
- Analytical mindset
- Ability to work with targets and deliver results
