Sales Development Representative generating leads for schools in Germany while managing HubSpot CRM. Flexible part-time contract role for an agile startup based in Berlin.
Responsibilities
Drive sales growth by generating leads, booking meetings, and managing our HubSpot CRM
Serve as the first point of contact for schools via outbound calls and emails
Qualify leads by identifying each school's needs and level of interest
Schedule meetings for the senior sales team
Enter and track all leads in HubSpot, maintaining an organized sales pipeline
Provide weekly reports on outreach performance and meeting conversion rates
Requirements
Fluent in German (C1+) and English
Experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer outreach (B2B or education sales experience is a plus)
Comfortable calling and engaging with decision-makers
Highly organized and detail-oriented — you take pride in keeping a CRM clean and efficient
Familiarity with HubSpot (or similar CRM tools such as Pipedrive, Salesforce, etc.)
Self-motivated and target-driven — you enjoy hitting KPIs and making an impact
