About the role

  • Sales Development Representative generating leads for schools in Germany while managing HubSpot CRM. Flexible part-time contract role for an agile startup based in Berlin.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth by generating leads, booking meetings, and managing our HubSpot CRM
  • Serve as the first point of contact for schools via outbound calls and emails
  • Qualify leads by identifying each school's needs and level of interest
  • Schedule meetings for the senior sales team
  • Enter and track all leads in HubSpot, maintaining an organized sales pipeline
  • Provide weekly reports on outreach performance and meeting conversion rates

Requirements

  • Fluent in German (C1+) and English
  • Experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer outreach (B2B or education sales experience is a plus)
  • Comfortable calling and engaging with decision-makers
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented — you take pride in keeping a CRM clean and efficient
  • Familiarity with HubSpot (or similar CRM tools such as Pipedrive, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Self-motivated and target-driven — you enjoy hitting KPIs and making an impact
