About the role

  • Develop the work strategy with a focus on meeting targets;
  • Hold weekly pipeline meetings with direct reports and perform daily productivity and delivery follow-ups during the team's daily stand-ups;
  • Monitor team development through tracking, feedback, and performance metrics;
  • Responsible for managing team results and performance indicators;
  • Ensure efficient use of the CRM, including customizations, usability, and improvements;
  • Analyze the team's ramp-up performance;
  • Create initiatives to drive results;
  • Ensure the team has all necessary tools to perform their work;
  • Manage task workflow;
  • Oversee the team's handling of leads in the pipeline, ensuring the ability to move opportunities quickly through the funnel to close;
  • Report the team's daily results to managers and present improvement opportunities to increase productivity.

Requirements

  • Solid experience managing commercial/sales teams;
  • Understanding of sales frameworks (SPIN Selling, Predictable Revenue, among others);
  • Strong hunter profile, capable of working and advancing quickly with cold leads through the sales funnel;
  • Strong closing skills;
  • Results-oriented mindset;
  • Experience selling software/ERP solutions;
  • Passion for sales;
  • Up-to-date with new technologies;
  • Communication skills (especially verbal);
  • Passion for developing people;
  • Ability to handle high-complexity solutions;
  • Proactive.
