About the role

  • Sales Consultant at Smartly managing inbound leads and expanding product sales for Kiwi businesses. Conducting demos and building relationships in a collaborative Sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Closing inbound leads
  • Proactively reaching out to new business prospects
  • Expanding sales of existing products within the current client base
  • Conducting product demonstrations
  • Managing client relationships
  • Completing the sales process
  • Access to advanced sales tools
  • Being part of a world-class, collaborative Sales team

Requirements

  • Sales or customer service experience, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Experience working with a sales system such as HubSpot, desirable
  • Time management and prioritization skills
  • Well-developed oral and written communication skills
  • Have a hunter mentality, looking to maximise opportunities with a creative mindset
  • Experience in the HR and payroll space is a bonus
  • Proven influencing and interpersonal relationship building skills
  • Effective work organisation skills with an ability to manage a wide variety of tasks
  • Ability to work as part of a team but also be self-directed and self-motivated
  • Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office software
