Responsibilities
Oversee and execute 1:1 Consumer Marketing campaigns, including Global Email Marketing campaigns.
Support the Senior Manager, Global Consumer Marketing, in executing global emails for product launches, brand milestones, the Discover Blog, consumer webinars, and high-value promotional communications.
Assist in developing campaigns that leverage product and brand milestone messaging.
Manage daily coordination with the Creative Team to meet delivery deadlines for campaign touches using launch toolkits.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including omnichannel marketing, revenue management, and creative.
Oversee ongoing relationships with the CRM team to ensure timely, flawless execution of global email campaigns.
Support monthly testing within consumer-facing product emails.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in consumer marketing, sales, or digital marketing, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
Strong understanding of marketing operations across multiple channels, including email, digital, social media, and print.
Experience with marketing analytics, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization.
Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling consumer messaging.
Highly organized, result-driven, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with marketing management tools (e.g., Wrike, Salesforce, or similar platforms) is a plus.
