About the role

  • Sales Associate supporting Code For All's educational offerings and managing leads for short and long courses. Engaging with prospective students and driving admissions through effective communication and strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with leads from our short courses to convert them into paying customers.
  • Respond to one-to-one questions from contacts both before and after applying to our courses.
  • Use effective outbound sales strategies (email, phone, WhatsApp) to upsell initial/partial payments for our short courses to full payment.
  • Proactively contact leads who abandoned the checkout process to offer assistance and encourage conversion.
  • Manage and present acquisition webinars online, ensuring smooth execution and strong attendance to support acquisition goals.
  • Own the administrative tasks for the short courses.
  • Create and maintain accurate documentation, collecting candidate information to streamline processes and ensure compliance.
  • Verify and reconcile payments, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established procedures.
  • Monitor and track applications for publicly funded programs, providing timely updates and support throughout the process.
  • Generate and issue certificates as required for publicly funded programs.
  • Support the admissions team for long courses and analyze and report on your performance.
  • Handle inquiries via email, WhatsApp, or video meetings with prospective boot camp students who have questions before applying to our long courses.
  • Monitor your outcomes and provide insights into your performance, assessing the effectiveness of different strategies and approaches.
  • Document processes and share best practices with team members to improve overall effectiveness and adaptability.
  • Contribute ideas to grow our products and take ownership of a few projects that will enable both the company and you to grow.

Requirements

  • Ideally, you have 1+ years of experience in recruitment, customer support, sales, or another customer-facing role.
  • Tech-related experience is a plus.
  • You are a clear and confident communicator with exceptional written and verbal Portuguese and English skills.
  • You excel at organizing work, maintaining structure, and finding practical solutions.
  • You have experience handling inquiries such as calls and emails.
  • You prefer working autonomously and are confident in your ability to learn independently.
  • Ideally, you have experience working with a CRM.
  • Experience with HubSpot is a plus.
