Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business, Marketing, or Communications is a plus); Good communication and interpersonal skills (You speak clearly, listen actively, and engage confidently); Demonstrated passion for sales, business development, or customer engagement (this can be through internships, volunteer experience, side hustles, or personal interest); A quick learner who is eager to understand customer needs and offer value-driven solutions; Confident, energetic, and naturally persuasive; Smart and self-motivated, with a problem-solving mindset and a desire to grow; Comfortable working in a target-driven environment and open to learning how to meet and exceed sales goals
