The Sales Architect is a vital collaborator to the Sales team, having primary responsibility for providing pre-sales support to prospective customers for all KnowBe4 products as well as eliminating technical impediments to their purchase and adoption.
Help identify key customer requirements and position KnowBe4 products as they meet those applicable requirements.
Collaborate directly with other business units such as Technical Support, Revenue Development, Product Management and others.
Technical Leadership: Serve as a product authority, Troubleshoot complex issues, Lead product feedback and deliver advanced training.
Strategic Sales Engagement: Work strategically with prospects alongside sales reps, engage corporate leadership, navigate technical teams, lead cross-functional SE projects.
Mentorship and Team Development: Mentor junior Sales Engineers, facilitate SE enablement, act as SME, influence best practices.
Advanced Problem Solving: Resolve moderate to complex technical issues, support other SEs, anticipate technical challenges.
Business and Sales Strategy: Handle senior-level strategy conversations, make recommendations, develop playbooks for complex sales scenarios.
Customer Engagement: Develop and execute POV evaluation plans, incorporate business impact and ROI, craft narratives showcasing product solutions.
Competitive Intelligence: Articulate core differentiators versus top competitors.
Requirements
2 year degree or technical degree preferred
3-6 years of technical sales or sales engineering experience required.
Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel)
Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)
Deep technical expertise in cybersecurity and related technologies
Proven track record of successful enterprise-level sales engagements
Strong leadership and mentoring skills
Excellent communication and strategic thinking abilities

Can demonstrate technical troubleshooting and analysis ability
