About the role

  • Drive client acquisition through inbound and outbound sales strategies
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets
  • Manage and optimize the full sales pipeline, from lead generation to retention
  • Conduct consultations with potential clients to qualify cases and build trust
  • Create and present compelling proposals and fee agreements aligned with firm standards
  • Oversee the entire client intake journey, ensuring a high conversion rate from lead to signed client
  • Collaborate closely with legal teams for seamless case handoffs and communication
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, lead response times, and client acquisition costs

Requirements

  • Bilingual: English and Spanish required
  • 5+ years of sales management experience (legal services preferred)
  • Proven record of exceeding sales goals and driving team performance
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Clio Grow, Lawmatics)
  • Strong understanding of legal ethics and client confidentiality
  • Ability to work in a hybrid (remote + in-office) environment
