About the role

  • Create and maintain proposals, capability decks, and marketing collateral
  • Build and manage proposal templates and visual assets
  • Respond to client requests and support ad-hoc sales activities
  • Coordinate between production and commercial teams
  • Keep CRM and sales tools updated

Requirements

  • 2 - 4 years’ experience in sales administration, marketing, bid coordination, or business support
  • confident in a creative, fast-paced international environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Monday.com, Jira and Adobe
  • strong communication skills
  • Architecture/design experience is a plus
  • With experience of working in the UAE, you should have fluent written and spoken English.
