Responsibilities
Provide support for technical inquiries and issues related to hardware and software
Receive calls via the hotline
Manage support tickets and document requests in a ticketing system
Record and maintain hardware inventory
Create new user accounts and manage user permissions
Ensure the smooth operation of applications and hardware
Participate in the implementation and support of hardware and software projects
Requirements
Completed vocational training in IT or an equivalent qualification (e.g., university degree)
Solid knowledge of client and server operating systems
Good proficiency with relevant software applications
Basic knowledge of hardware and network technologies
Ability to analyze and resolve problems
Experience with ticketing systems and support tools
Excellent communication skills
Strong customer orientation
