About the role

  • Administrative employee handling organizational and clerical tasks for care facility in Berlin. Collaborating with staff, residents, and external partners while ensuring smooth operations.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and handle administrative tasks
  • Process and maintain personnel and payroll records
  • Serve as a point of contact for residents, relatives, and external partners
  • Support the facility management in day-to-day operations

Requirements

  • Completed commercial (business/administrative) vocational training, ideally in the healthcare sector
  • Experience in administration of a care facility is desirable
  • Very good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Experience with accounting, billing, and other application software
  • Independent, analytical and organized working style
  • Empathy and strong communication skills
